SOS International LLC Program Manager in Multiple Locations, Arizona
Overview
This position is contingent upon award of contract
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to provide management, administrative, and technical interface with the COR and KO in accomplishing services under this contract. The Program Manager shall have management and technical knowledge, skills, expertise, and the experience needed to accomplish the performance of work under this contract.
Essential Job Duties
Accountable for all aspects of requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to operational activities.
Responsible for operations including security, maintenance, and accountability.
Responsible for meeting all technical requirements.
Ensures that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.
Primary Point-of-Contact for all communications or issues.
Is authorized to act on site-specific matters relating to the daily operation of the task order.
Acts as a “First-Level Supervisor” for site-employees.
Minimum Requirements
An active in scope Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
BA/BS in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Business AND 6 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity, OR AA/AS +10 years.
An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) or higher is required
Familiarity with procedures for disposition, transport, handling, and maintenance of equipment operating at levels of security classification of Secret and above.
Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
ITIL v4 certification
Experience leading a technically complex organization

May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
