SOS International LLC Enterprise Design Administrator in Honolulu, Hawaii

Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Enterprise Design Administrator to join our team at Camp H.M. Smith, Honolulu, HI. Our team, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, creates, manages, and supports IT solutions for USINDOPACOM, its mission, and its 5,000+ customers throughout the Pacific theater. We tackle challenging technical problems critical to enabling USINDOPACOM’s realization of time sensitive C2 strategies.

In your role as Enterprise Design Administrator at SOS International LLC, you are responsible for developing and managing design documentation on behalf of the Enterprise. You will use the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) to provide visualization of architectural data through models and views. You will evaluate and recommend the format for the models: documents, spreadsheets, dashboards, or other graphical representations, whichever will best serve as a template for organizing and displaying data in a more easily understood format. You will manage the organized collection of views or viewpoints, representing processes, systems, services, or standards, and maintain these viewpoints as a holistic Architectural Description. You will ensure the necessary data is collected at the appropriate level of detail to support specific decisions or objectives. You will develop and maintain other documentation of enterprise system configuration and operations as required.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop architecture, diagrams, documentation, models and views for network and systems architectures, data flows, cross functional requirements and interfaces, using appropriate architecture tools.

  • Analyze network topologies and data flows, in support of technical working groups for assessment, design, and roadmap development for the implementation of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) solutions.

  • Maintain inventory and integrity of Enterprise diagrams, documentation, models and views, to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Coordinate and lead technical discussions or information sharing with forums, stakeholders, and mission partners, in support of the establishment and achievement of program milestones.

  • Contribute to the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) associated with relevant network technologies.

  • Generate architecture diagrams and briefing material for senior leadership for inquiries from USINDOPACOM, Service Components, Sub-Unified Commands or other stakeholders.

  • Present technical recommendations and attend briefings or information sharing forums, with leadership, in support of ZTA initiatives and new capabilities.

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in support of enterprise architecture strategy, new ZTA capabilities implementation, mission strategy and leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active in-scope SECRET clearance

  • DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols, procedures, and regulations

  • Experience developing DoDAF models and views

  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture documentation

  • Thorough understanding of Executive Order 14028, OMB Mandate M-22-09, and ZTA related CISA and DOD supporting documents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Coalition enclaves/networks and their associations to the larger constructs

  • Demonstrated expertise in physical and virtual infrastructure environments

  • Awareness and familiarity with Command and Control (C2) applications

  • Knowledge or experience with the ITIL framework and ITIL best practices
