Overview
SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an Intermediate Network Administrator (WAN) in Fort Huachuca, AZ . The Intermediate Network Administrator supports monitoring of the LAN, WAN, and enterprise servers.
Essential Job Duties
Maintain responsibility for administration and day-to-day operation of organization's wide area network (WAN) perimeter and critical infrastructure assets.
Provide integrated team support and maintenance of WAN hardware and software.
Maintain integrity of the WAN hardware and software.
Install WAN software upgrades, including planning, scheduling, testing, and coordination.
Support patching and system hardening through STIG application.
Develops, updates, and provides evidence for POAM maintenance and resolutions for all team controlled assets identified with an open security vulnerability requiring mitigation.
Create and maintain comprehensive diagrams for all implemented networks and topologies as needed or upon modification.
Participate in collaborative tabletop exercises and demonstrations of vendor products to determine those which best meet organization needs; assist with information presentation to management; and install hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment if acquired.
Perform WAN security procedures, including implementing configuration changes.
Provide liaison support between organizations and the technical teams, vendors, and internal support groups to troubleshoot enterprise services or security policies.
Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.
Develop and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participate in special projects as required.
Minimum Requirements
Active in scope SECRET clearance with T5 investigation or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET T5 eligibility.
HS +4 yrs similar technical experience or AA/AS +2 or BS/BA
An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required.
CEH or equivalent within 60 days
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification
